The Office of National Literacy Programs is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs to meet the educational and vocational needs of disadvantaged and at-risk youth and adults. The following programs are current demonstration efforts and successful implementations:

Career & Academic Development Institute
Target Recipients: Over-aged, under-accredited 9th through 12th graders
