(PHILADELPHIA, PA) — January 13, 2010 — OIC of America, Inc. (OICA) has been awarded $4.9 million by the U.S. Department of Labor to administer a “Pathways Out of Poverty” grant through three of its affiliate locations. The 2-year grant award will assist OICA in providing “green” training to over 1,350 unemployed individuals, high school dropouts, and individuals with a criminal record in high poverty areas of Broward County, FL, Ashville, NC and Phoenix, AZ.
