(PHILADELPHIA, PA) October 11, 2010— OIC of America, Inc. (OICA) has been awarded $1 million by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as part of $155 million in teen pregnancy prevention grants being awarded to states, non-profit organizations, school districts, universities, and others.
